Faileen has a long established reputation as a legal and management thought-leader servicing the community and businesses in Queensland and around Australia. Faileen has extensive experience in developing individual and organisational capability, having been involved in service delivery and change management in the corporate, social services and government sectors.

Faileen has over 40 years of working in the health, aged cared care, disability services, homeless and other human service sectors. Faileen is very committed to advocating for those that are disadvantaged and for social justice for all. She will do her utmost to make sure you feel empowered to make informed decisions, and your rights are respected.

With three nursing qualifications and masters degrees in business, accounting and law, Faileen knows how to run personal services businesses where clients get fairly priced, quality services, staff are treated with respect and valued for their individual skills, and business compliance obligations are fulfilled.

Director – Client Experience and Marketing

Sarah has over 20 years of experience in business and the community service sector including hands-on service delivery and managing support services for people with disability. From direct personal experience, Sarah respects and understands the social, emotional, physical and financial impact of disability on individuals and their loved ones and is a strong advocate of people with disability.

Sarah has formal qualifications in business and health services. Having built several successful place-based and online businesses, Sarah understands how to capture what clients want, and convert that into a positive client experience. With her extensive experience in commercial, not-for-profit and government service provision, Sarah brings to Stella Life Care a broad range of skills, capturing the best of all service delivery models from a diverse range of industry sectors.

Our managers support a number of qualified and experienced team members. These team members are the “power house” of Stella Life Care. They work in small, stable teams focussing on individual clients, to ensure that client’s needs and preferences are well-understood, well-managed, and regularly reviewed for how we can do better for that client. Clients are integrally involved in choosing the team members that will work with them. Our team members are very strong advocates for their clients.
